The University of Toledo is seeking a Program Manager of Student Leadership to lead and administer major leadership initiatives within the Neff College of Business and Innovation. This role develops, coordinates, implements, and assesses programs promoting student leadership, academic success, and professional growth across diverse student groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and other emerging technologies required.
• Proficiency in project management, attention to detail, prioritization of work, and organizational skills required.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision, tight timelines, and frequent high-volume circumstances required.
• Willingness and ability to take direction from various sources required.
• Must be flexible and available outside normal business hours.
• Strong writing and public speaking skills required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team in a diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and administer major undergraduate and graduate leadership initiatives within the Neff College of Business and Innovation (NCOBI).
• Coordinate, implement, and assess programs that promote student leadership development, academic success, and professional growth.
• Collaborate with students, faculty, staff, alumni, donors, corporate partners, and community stakeholders to ensure high-quality programming and outcomes.
