Job Description:

The Program Manager of Student Leadership is responsible forleading and administering major undergraduate and graduateleadership initiatives within the Neff College of Business andInnovation (NCOBI), including the Klar Leadership Academy, AdvancedLeadership Academy, Neff Scholars Program, Jump Start Program, andother student leadership and engagement initiatives aligned withthe college’s strategic priorities. This position develops,coordinates, implements, and assesses programs that promote studentleadership development, academic success, professional growth, andstudent engagement. This position works collaboratively withstudents, faculty, staff, alumni, donors, corporate partners, andcommunity stakeholders to ensure high-quality programming andpositive student outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and other emergingtechnologies required.
• Proficiency in project management, attention to detail,prioritization of work, and organizational skills required.
