Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education/experience (4+ years).
• Experience providing career advising information in higher education.
• Experience designing career advising resources via Blackboard and other media.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer, and desktop publishing software.
• Knowledge of University of Toledo policies is strongly preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently with initiative.
• Experience with higher education portals or medical education portals preferred.
• Must be student-centered and handle stress professionally.
• Must be flexible and able to manage multiple high-priority demands.
• Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead medical student programs and transition ceremonies.
