The University of Toledo presents an opportunity for a Program Manager Student Engagement to oversee student staff activities and manage engagement platforms. You will hire, schedule, train, and monitor time sheets, while coordinating with campus partners on event requests and reservations.

Responsibilities include assisting in planning major events like Homecoming and Family weekends, and ensuring smooth operations of the student engagement platform InvoNet.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required and minimum of one year of related work experience or combination of education and experience
• Excellent customer service and public relations
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to work independently or as a team member
• Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Outlook)
• Ability to work flexible schedule and sometimes long hours including nights and/or weekends
• Knowledge of student organizations

Responsabilidades

• Oversees the student staff team including hiring, scheduling, training, and managing time sheets
• Assists in the management of the InvoNet platform
• Processes student organization event requests with the Student Union reservationist
• Assists in planning and logistics of major university events such as Campus Involvement Fairs, Homecoming, Family weekends, and awards banquets
