Job summary

The University of Toledo is seeking a Program Manager, Academic College Enrollment to coordinate engagement with regional high schools, CCP instructors, and prospective students. You will lead on-campus, online, and regional yield events and use data to inform decision-making for admitted students.

You will collaborate with Marketing and Communications to share student and faculty stories and support initiatives encouraging undergraduates to pursue graduate studies at UToledo.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required in Sales, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in college admissions, recruiting, or advising.
  • Strong cross-cultural interpersonal and writing skills; public speaking ability.
  • Ability to travel to remote locations and load/transport admissions materials.
  • Regular evening and weekend hours required.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between Undergraduate Admissions, Central Enrollment, and a college to enhance regional engagement.
  • Plan and coordinate on-campus, online, and regional yield events using data to inform prospective students.
  • Collaborate with recruitment officers to address student needs and develop outreach plans to expand the university’s presence.
