Job summary

The University of Toledo is seeking a Manager, IACTL Operations & Integration to provide institute-wide coordination and operational planning across academic, research, grant-funded, and public-facing activities. You will work with institute leadership, faculty and staff to align initiatives, manage timelines, information flow, and decision-ready communications.

The role emphasizes planning, coordination, and logistics, with supervisory opportunities over student workers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in coordination,planning, project support, or administrative operations.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple timelines andpriorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated organizational and planning skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders in aprofessional environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

Coordinate Institute-wide operations and planning across academic, research, grant-funded, and public-facing activities.
Support senior leadership by coordinating timelines, information flow, and planning with institute staff, faculty, and stakeholders.
Provide logistical input and recommendations to inform leadership decisions.
