Job summary

The role emphasizes data-driven outreach, collaboration with recruiters, and promoting UToledo’s brand while aligning academic programs and co-curricular activities across enrollment management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Sales, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in college admissions, recruiting, or advising.
• Strong cross-cultural interpersonal and writing skills, including public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate invitations for on-campus, online, and regional yield events.
• Collaborate with recruitment officers to address student needs and develop outreach plans.
• Share compelling student and faculty stories with Marketing and Communications.
