Job summary

The Scion Group LLC is seeking an Experience Team Member (ETM) to support customer experience and sales across our student living communities in Athens, GA. You will blend marketing, relationship building, administration and frontline service to create exceptional resident experiences.

You will engage with residents and guests, assist with tours, events and communications, coordinate maintenance requests, and help keep the community organized and welcoming during day and on-call hours.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize interactions with customers and provide tours.
• Provide feedback on sales barriers to management.
• Execute sales and engagement initiatives as outlined by management.
• Assist with local marketing opportunities and messaging.
• Assist with social media and communications to engage customers.
• Assist with planning, promoting and executing customer experience initiatives.
• Always represent the community positively and professionally.
• Log, file and retrieve customer packages.
• Assist with opening/closing and maintaining the office, clubhouse, grounds and amenities.
• Schedule and follow up on maintenance requests to aid timely resolutions.
• Maintain office organization and cleanliness.
• Assist with after-hours lock out duties as required.
