Job summary

The Scion Group LLC is hiring immediately for an Experience Team Member (ETM) to blend marketing, relationship building, administration and customer service. The role thrives in a fast-paced, collegiate environment and requires outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

The ETM will support customer experience initiatives, tours, engagement activities and local marketing, while working at assigned properties during daytime business hours with an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize interactions and communication with customers; provide tours of community and amenities.
• Provide feedback on sales barriers and customer objections to management.
• Execute sales and engagement initiatives as directed by management.
• Provide recommendations on local marketing opportunities and messaging.
• Assist with social media and communications on various platforms to engage customers.
• Assist with planning, promoting and executing customer experience initiatives and marketing opportunities.
• Represent the community positively and professionally, both in and out of the office.
