Job summary

The Scion Group LLC is seeking an Experience Team Member (ETM) to support customer experience and community partnerships across our properties. This role blends marketing, relationship-building, administration and customer service in a fast-paced, collegiate environment.

The ETM will engage residents and guests, assist with tours and marketing initiatives, coordinate maintenance requests, and help keep the office and amenities organized.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize interactions and communication with customers; provide tours.
• Offer feedback on sales barriers and customer objections to management.
• Execute sales and engagement initiatives as directed by leadership.
• Recommend local marketing opportunities and messaging strategies.
• Assist with social media and multi-platform communications.
• Plan, promote, and execute customer experience initiatives and events.
• Represent the community professionally both in and out of the office.
• Demonstrate proficiency with community knowledge and policies.
• Log, file, and retrieve customer packages.
• Assist with opening/closing office, clubhouse, grounds, and amenities.
• Schedule and follow up on maintenance requests for timely resolutions.
• Maintain organized and clean office environment; assist with lock-out duties.
