Job summary

The Scion Group is hiring an Experience Team Member (ETM) to support customer experience and sales at our Oxford, MS property. This role blends marketing, relationship building, administration and service in a fast-paced, collegiate environment.

The ETM will engage residents and prospective students, host tours of amenities, assist with social media, and collaborate with management on local marketing. Daytime hours with some after-hours on-call rotation, non-exempt, on-site role.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize interactions and communication with customers; provide tours of community and amenities.
• Provide feedback on sales barriers and customer objections to management.
• Execute sales and engagement initiatives as outlined by management.
• Provide recommendations on local marketing opportunities and messaging.
• Assist with social media and communications to engage customers.
• Assist with planning, promoting and executing customer experience and marketing initiatives.
• Always represent the community positively and professionally, both in and out of the office.
