Qualifications

• Ability to maintain reliable attendance and punctuality in accordance with University policies and schedules.
• Experience handling cash and financial transactions.
• Professional, courteous customer service with students, parents, staff.
• Strong attention to detail and reporting discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Receipting funds across the counter, via telephone, departmental transmittal, and mail.
• Audit daily cashier batches and reconcile COB with Head Cashier.
• Partner with Student Accounts on transmittals and/or charges when necessary.
• Verify Cardinal entries.
• Code accounts for collections and tax debt set off (TDSO) with Senior A/R Specialist.
• Code student accounts in Colleague with Asst Bursar and A/R Specialists.
• Respond to emails promptly.
• Check voicemails twice daily.
• Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, visitors, faculty, and staff.
• Assist during orientation and registration periods.
