Qualifications

• Experience in professional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to resolve inquiries and reconcile accounts accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and compliance with university policies.

Responsibilities

• Review and process student accounts with credit balances for refunding.
• Submit refund and cash advance requests with documentation for supervisor approval.
• Process miscellaneous student account charges, adjustments and Spartan card authorizations.
• Authorize and activate funds on student ID cards by calculating eligibility of aid funds.
• Provide comprehensive customer service related to student account inquiries in person, by phone, and via email.
• Aids at New Student Orientation, Registration, Service window, and other university activities.
• Return or forward calls and emails within 24 business hours with a solution or next steps.
• Special activities may require weekend participation or extended hours.
