Ivy Tech Community College is seeking a Federal Work-Study Enrollment Services Assistant. This part-time student role supports the Enrollment Services team, delivering clerical help, coordinating events, and guiding prospective students through enrollment processes.

You'll greet visitors, give campus tours, help with newsletters and mailings, and assist with outreach projects. This position is ideal for developing administrative, communication, and customer service skills while supporting peers

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• No prior experience required; customer service or office support experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and communication abilities.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Greet students and visitors with professional, friendly service.
• Give tours to prospective students and follow up with personalized notes.
• Direct students to resources for academic or student support.
• Maintain tidy offices and manage enrollment materials.
• Prepare newsletters, flyers, and event announcements.
• Assist with mailing letters, mailings, and campus visit packets.
• Support outreach for enrollment and admissions events, including creating materials.
