Job summary

Galen College of Nursing is seeking an Enrollment Counselor to guide prospective students through the enrollment journey, balancing educational goals with institutional recruitment targets.

You will conduct campus tours, respond to inquiries via multiple channels, and document progress in the CRM, while coordinating with Financial Aid and Academic Records to move applicants toward enrollment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience with Ellucian Recruit CRM or Colleague is helpful but not required.
• Excellent written and oral communication and customer service skills.
• Special qualifications include access to ED websites (NSLDS, COD, CPS) and no active student loan default history.
• Must sit at a desk for eight hours and work some evenings/weekends.
• Minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and virtual admissions appointments and campus tours for prospective students.
• Communicate via phone, email, text, and Galen systems.
• Maintain detailed documentation in CRM throughout enrollment.
• Guide applicants through enrollment steps and financial aid processes.
• Participate in fairs and campus events; support Open House and orientation.
