Galen College of Nursing seeks an Enrollment Counselor to guide prospective students through the enrollment process and help them make informed educational choices. You will be the main point of contact for applicants from inquiry to enrollment, providing program information and answering questions.

Responsibilities include following up via multiple channels, coordinating data in Recruit and Colleague, and ensuring documentation and transfer credits are set before enrollment.

Formación

• Minimum of a baccalaureate degree, preferred, or equivalent experience in lieu of education.
• Experience in higher education, student recruitment, retention, or marketing preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up on inquiries through phone calls, emails, web chat, and social media platforms.
• Input data and document follow-up with prospective students using Recruit and Colleague.
• Provide in-depth information on on-campus programs and give tours to prospective students.
• Notify students of acceptance and welcome them to the college.
• Explain enrollment process, requirements, and transfer credit details.
