Galen College of Nursing is seeking an Enrollment Counselor to guide prospective students through the educational journey and serve as the main contact during the enrollment process. You will provide information about programs, tours, and assistance with the admission steps.

In this role, you will follow up on inquiries across phone, email, web chat, and social platforms, input data in Recruit and Colleague, and help students complete documentation while explaining transfer credits and financing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in higher education, student recruitment, retention, or marketing preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, oral, and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on inquiries via phone, email, web chat, and social media.
• Input data and document follow-up in Recruit and Colleague.
• Provide program information and campus tours to prospective students.
• Notify accepted students and explain enrollment steps.
• Verify prerequisites, enrollment agreements, and financing paperwork.
• Ensure students understand transfer credits and program expectations.
