Galen College of Nursing seeks an Enrollment Counselor to guide prospective students through informed decision-making and the enrollment process. You’ll be the main contact from inquiry through enrollment, ensuring documentation and requirements are met.

You’ll provide program information, coordinate campus tours, and explain transfer credits while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of college policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualificações

• Minimum of an earned bachelor's degree; preferred or equivalent experience in lieu of education.
• Experience in higher education, student recruitment, retention, or marketing preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, oral, and technical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up on inquiries via phone, email, web chat, and social media.
• Input data and document follow-up with prospective students using Recruit and Colleague.
• Provide program information and campus tours to prospective students.
