Galen College of Nursing is seeking an Enrollment Counselor to guide prospective students through the admissions process, including documentation, assessments, and financial aid coordination. You will conduct admissions appointments, campus tours, and maintain CRM records to support enrollment goals.

The role requires strong communication and customer service skills, with flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience with Ellucian Recruit CRM or Colleague is helpful.
• Excellent written and oral communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to access DOE websites (NSLDS, COD, CPS, etc.).
• Must have no active student loan default history.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Aufgaben

• Guide prospective students through the enrollment process.
• Provide in-person and virtual admissions appointments and campus tours.
• Communicate with prospective students via calls, emails, texts, and Galen systems.
• Maintain detailed documentation in the CRM for prospective students.
• Assist in submitting applications, collecting documents, scheduling assessments, and transferring credits.
• Coordinate campus events such as Open House and New Student Orientation.
