Galen College of Nursing is seeking an Enrollment Counselor to guide prospective students through the enrollment process and help meet recruitment goals.

You will conduct in-person and virtual admissions appointments, campus tours, and ongoing communications across multiple channels while maintaining accurate records in the student information system. This role supports students from inquiry to enrollment and coordinates with financial aid and academic services.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Excellent written and oral communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible schedule including some evenings and occasional weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-person and virtual admissions appointments and campus tours.
• Communicate with prospective students via phone, email, text, and Galen systems.
• Maintain detailed communication in the SIS/CRM throughout enrollment.
• Guide applicants through enrollment steps, funding and transfer considerations.
• Schedule enrollment appointments and assist with financial planning and documents.
• Participate in local fairs and campus events and open houses.
• Maintain confidentiality per FERPA and accreditation standards.
• Stay current on policies and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in training opportunities and other duties as assigned.
