Job summary

Responsibilities

• Researches and analyzes outstanding student balances for accuracy.
• Advises students, families, and NSU community on payment options and policies.
• Processes billing, invoices, and receipts for funds distribution.
• Tracks and maintains records of payments and charges.
• Issues refunds to students and vendors in a timely manner.
• Reviews data and corrects discrepancies; applies holds as needed.
• May train new ESS staff on student accounts processes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
