Job summary

Life Time Inc. is hiring a PT-Stretch Specialist to support members with branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, helping them feel and move better. You will build relationships, educate members, and uphold the Life Time Brand.

You will develop personalized stretch programs, lead sessions, and promote related services while maintaining safety and quality. Strong customer service and ongoing training are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified personal Trainer certification required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
• Ability to perform aerobic activity for the duration of a class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to reach goals and retention.
• Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF and contract-relax stretching.
• Leads recovery sessions using assisted stretching, hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills.
• Reads and participates in required trainings; maintains certifications and credentials.
• Promotes and sells stretch session programs and other personal training services.
• Documents all aspects of client programming and ensures superior customer service.
