Job summary

Life Time Inc. seeks a PT-Stretch Specialist to assist members with branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, helping them feel and move better while delivering an educational, supportive member experience that upholds the Life Time Brand.

You will lead safe stretch programs, keep client progress records, promote services, stay current with certifications, and collaborate with teammates to maintain Life Time's high service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified personal trainer; CPR/AED certified.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for duration of a class; capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Preferred: 1 year of personal training experience; AIS/FST or similar certification; bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Lead assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF and contract-relax.
• Lead recovery sessions with assisted stretching, percussion, and breathing drills.
• Participate in required training; document progress and squash notes.
• Provide safety education and support on the fitness floor.
• Promote stretch sessions and other training services; complete client plans.
