Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking PT-Stretch Specialists to provide branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, guiding members toward healthier lives and improved movement. You’ll create individualized programs, demonstrate techniques, and support a positive member experience aligned with Life Time standards.

The role emphasizes safety, education, and customer service while promoting stretch programs and documenting client progress across sessions.

Qualifications

• Certified personal Trainer with CPR/AED certification.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
• Ability to perform aerobic activity for class duration and lift up to 50 pounds.
• One year of PT experience preferred; bachelor’s degree valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client stretch and recovery programs.
• Lead sessions using techniques like PNF, contract-relax stretching, and recovery drills.
• Provide fitness floor assistance, ensure safety, and educate members.
• Promote stretch sessions and related personal training services.
• Document client progress and maintain certifications and training records.
