Life Time Inc. is seeking a part-time PT-Stretch Specialist to support members with branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, helping them feel and move better. The role emphasizes education, safety, and upholding Life Time Brand standards.

Responsibilities include developing client programs, leading stretch sessions, and promoting related services while ensuring excellent customer service and accurate documentation of progress.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of assisted stretching techniques (e.g., PNF, contract-relax)
• Comfort leading stretch and recovery sessions with clients
• Ability to engage and educate members while promoting services

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement
• Lead assisted stretch sessions and recovery sessions for members
• Provide floor assistance, education, and motivation to members
• Promote stretch session programs and other personal training services
• Document client programming and progress in the system
