Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking PT-Stretch Specialists to support members with branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, focusing on happier, healthier lives.

You will build relationships, educate members, and uphold Life Time Brand integrity while promoting stretch programs and services. Responsibilities include leading sessions, performing pre-participation checks, documenting progress, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Certified personal Trainer.
• CPR and AED Certified.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
• Ability to perform aerobic activity for the duration of a class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs to drive goals and retention.
• Lead clients through assisted stretch sessions using PNF and contract-relax techniques.
• Lead recovery sessions with assisted stretching, etc., and breathing drills.
• Conduct demos for new clients including screening and goal setting.
• Provide fitness floor assistance to ensure safety, education and motivation.
• Promote and sell stretch session programs and other services.
• Complete administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Stay current on certifications and industry trends.
• Document all aspects of client programming.
• Maintain superior customer service across services and programming.
