Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Indianapolis is seeking PT-Stretch Specialists to support members by delivering branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, building relationships and guiding healthier, happier lives.

You will lead clients through stretch and recovery sessions using techniques like PNF and contract-relax, document progress, promote session programs, and provide floor assistance while maintaining certifications and a strong member experience consistent with the Life Time Brand.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Certified Personal Trainer certification is required or preferred.
• CPR and AED certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs that drive goal achievement and retention.
• Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF and contract-relax.
• Leads recovery sessions using assisted stretching and breathing drills.
• Keeps required trainings up to date and documents programming progress.
• Promotes stretch session programs and other personal training services.
• Performs all administrative requirements associated with each client’s fitness plan.
