Job summary

Life Time Inc. is hiring PT-Stretch Specialists to support members with branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, helping them feel and move better while delivering an educational, positive member experience that upholds the Life Time Brand.

Responsibilities include developing safe client programs, leading stretch and recovery sessions, promoting services, documenting progress, and maintaining certifications to advance within the program.

Qualifications

High school education or equivalent is required.
Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques is expected.

Responsibilities

Develops safe, professional client programs that drive goal achievement and retention.
Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF and contract-relax.
Leads recovery sessions using assisted stretching, Hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills.
Reads, watches, and engages in required training for the role.
Conducts stretch and recovery demos for new clients including assessments and goal setting.
Provides fitness floor assistance to ensure safety, education, and motivation.
Promotes and sells stretch session programs and other personal training services.
Documents all aspects of client programming.
