Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a PT-Stretch Specialist to support members with branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, helping them feel better and move better.

You will build relationships, deliver safe, effective programs, and provide an educational, positive experience that aligns with Life Time Brand standards. Responsibilities include designing client programs, leading stretch sessions, assisting on the fitness floor, and promoting additional stretch session services.

Qualifications

• Certified personal trainer with current CPR/AED certification.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
• Ability to perform aerobic activity for class duration and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Bachelors degree in Kinesiology or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF and contract-relax.
• Leads recovery sessions with assisted stretching, percussive tools, and breathing drills.
• Completes training and remains current on certifications and industry trends.
• Documents all aspects of client programming and maintains safety and education on the fitness floor.
• Promotes stretch sessions and other personal training services.
