Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a PT-Stretch Specialist to support members with branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, helping them feel and move better. You will build relationships, educate members, and uphold Life Time Brand standards.

Responsibilities include designing client programs, leading stretch and recovery sessions, and documenting progress while promoting related services. Required certifications include CPT and CPR/AED, with ongoing training and safety on the fitness floor.

Qualifications

• Certified personal trainer credential required and CPR/AED certification.
• Experience with assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
• Ability to design safe, comprehensive client programs.
• Comfort on fitness floor and providing customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement.
• Lead clients through assisted stretch sessions using PNF and contract-relax techniques.
• Lead recovery sessions with assisted stretching, percussion, and breathing drills.
• Complete all client documentation and medical history screening.
• Provide fitness floor assistance, education, and motivation.
• Promote stretch session programs and other PT services.
• Ensure adherence to training and certification requirements.
• Deliver superior customer service and maintain client relationships.
