Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a PT-Stretch Specialist to support members with branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, helping them feel and move better while delivering a positive, educational member experience.

You will lead stretch and recovery sessions, promote stretch programs, and document client progress while staying current on certifications and industry trends to advance within the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum required: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: At least 1 year of personal training experience.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and other recovery techniques.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class; ability to bend, stand, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF and contract-relax stretching.
• Leads recovery sessions using assisted stretching, Hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills.
• Reads, watches, and engages in required training associated with the role.
• Conducts stretch and recovery demos for new clients including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
