Job summary

Life Time is seeking PT-Stretch Specialists to support members with branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions. You will build and nurture relationships, educate members, and uphold Life Time standards while delivering safe stretch and recovery programs on the fitness floor.

Responsibilities include developing client programs, conducting demonstrations, promoting stretch session packages, and maintaining accurate documentation of each client’s plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified personal Trainer and CPR/AED required.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for duration of class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs that drive goal achievement and retention.
• Lead clients through assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF and contract-relax stretching.
• Lead recovery sessions using assisted stretching, Hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills.
• Complete all administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Document all aspects of client programming.
