Job summary

Life Time Inc. seeks PT-Stretch Specialists to support members with branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, helping them feel and move better. You will educate members and uphold Life Time Brand standards while building relationships and driving client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include designing safe programs, conducting demos, promoting stretch services, and maintaining client documentation. A background in kinesiology or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified personal trainer required and CPR/AED certification current.
• Experience with assisted stretching and recovery techniques preferred.
• Strong communication and client education skills.
• Ability to perform aerobic activity and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop client programs to achieve goals and improve retention.
• Lead clients through assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF.
• Lead recovery sessions with assisted stretching and breathing drills.
• Complete administrative requirements for each client's fitness plan.
• Stay current on credentials and ongoing industry trends.

Skills

Certified personal Trainer
