Life Time Inc. is seeking PT-Stretch Specialists to support members with branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, ensuring a positive, educational member experience aligned with Life Time Brand standards.

The role involves designing client programs, guiding stretch and recovery sessions, and promoting related services while maintaining safety and high-quality customer service on the fitness floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Certified personal Trainer certification.
• CPR and AED certification.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
• Ability to perform aerobic activity for duration of class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using PNF and contract-relax techniques.
• Leads recovery sessions using assisted stretching, percussion, and breathing drills.
• Completes required training and documents client programming.
• Promotes and sells stretch session programs and other personal training services.
• Provides fitness floor assistance to ensure safety and education for members.

Skills

Certified personal Trainer

CPR AED Certified

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or related field
