Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking PT-Stretch Specialists to support members by delivering branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, fostering happier, healthier lives.

You will build client programs, guide sessions, and ensure a positive member experience aligned with Life Time branding. Responsibilities include conducting stretch and recovery demos, maintaining safety, promoting services, and completing administrative tasks related to each client’s plan.

Qualifications

• Must hold Certified Personal Trainer certification and CPR/AED.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
• Ability to perform aerobic activity for the duration of a class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client stretching/recovery programs to achieve goals.
• Lead clients through assisted stretch sessions using PNF and contract-relax techniques.
• Lead recovery sessions with assisted stretching, percussion tools, and breathing drills.
• Perform required trainings and stay current on certifications and industry trends.
• Promote and sell stretch sessions and other personal training services.
• Document all aspects of client programming and progress.
