Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking PT-Stretch Specialists to support members by delivering branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions that help them feel and move better. You will build relationships, educate members, and promote stretch programs while upholding the Life Time Brand.

You will develop safe, professional client programs, lead sessions using PNF and contract-relax techniques, and document progress to drive goal achievement and retention.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Personal Trainer with CPR/AED.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform aerobic activity during class.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using PNF and contract-relax techniques.
• Leads recovery sessions using assisted stretching, hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills.
• Promotes and sells stretch session programs and other personal training services.
• Documents all aspects of client programming and progress.
• Maintains required training and certifications to advance through the levels program.
