Job summary

West Monroe seeks Consulting Interns to join our Customer Strategy & Platforms team in the TechEx Practice. You will work with clients across industries, shaping sales, marketing, service, and operations through business process and technology platform work including Salesforce, ServiceNow, and NetSuite.

Gain hands-on experience in strategy, process design, financial modeling, and platform configuration while contributing to client outcomes in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with expected graduation between Dec 2027 and Aug 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Reside within 50 miles of assigned office; hybrid work model.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver business and technology solutions across Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Accounting, and Operations.
• Partner with client stakeholders to gather requirements and translate needs into solution designs.
• Conduct market, business, and data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Participate in strategy and process design workshops and define KPIs.
• Assist in configuration and implementation of enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, NetSuite).
• Create requirements, user stories, design docs, and process maps.
• Support testing, QA, UAT, and deployment activities; contribute to training materials.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and generate data-driven insights.
