Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with a 3.0+ GPA.
• US work authorization without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Reside within 50 miles of assigned office; hybrid model.
• Willing to travel Monday–Thursday up to 50% (travel costs covered).
• Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) into daily workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver business and technology solutions to improve customer experience and performance across marketing, sales, commerce, and service.
• Conduct analysis to identify trends, pain points, opportunities, and insights supporting strategic recommendations.
• Engage with client stakeholders to understand needs, gather requirements, and define outcomes.
• Support development of customer strategies, experience roadmaps, operating models, and transformation plans.
• Participate in workshops to assess current experiences and design future-state processes and journeys.
