Job summary

West Monroe seeks Consulting Interns to join the Platforms & Customer Strategy team within the TechEx Practice. You will collaborate with clients across industries to enhance customer and employee experience via strategy, process design, and technology enablement.

Expect hands-on work across customer strategy, data analysis, and platform configuration using Salesforce, ServiceNow, NetSuite, and more. Responsibilities include analyzing current states, designing future journeys, and determining

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with a 3.0+ GPA.
US work authorization without sponsorship now or in the future.
Reside within 50 miles of assigned office; hybrid model.
Willing to travel Monday–Thursday up to 50% (travel costs covered).
Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) into daily workflows.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver business and technology solutions to improve customer experience and performance across marketing, sales, commerce, and service.
Conduct analysis to identify trends, pain points, opportunities, and insights supporting strategic recommendations.
Engage with client stakeholders to understand needs, gather requirements, and define outcomes.
Support development of customer strategies, experience roadmaps, operating models, and transformation plans.
Participate in workshops to assess current experiences and design future-state processes and journeys.
