Job summary

West Monroe is seeking entry-level Consultants to join our Customer Strategy & Platforms team within the Technology & Experience Practice. You will work with clients across industries to improve customer and employee experience through strategy, processes, operating models, and technology enablement.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in data analysis, journey design, and platform configuration on Salesforce, ServiceNow, NetSuite, and more, while learning to translate needs into platform-enabled

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in progress with expected graduation window.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• US work authorization (OPT/H-1B/TN).
• Hybrid work model with proximity to office.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Experience integrating AI tools into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver business and technology solutions for marketing, sales, and customer service.
• Conduct analyses to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for strategic recommendations.
• Engage with client stakeholders to understand needs and define desired outcomes.
• Support development of customer strategies and transformation plans.
• Participate in workshops to design future-state processes and KPIs.
• Translate needs into clear requirements, user stories, and solution designs.
• Evaluate how platforms and AI can improve capabilities and user experience.
• Assist with platform configuration and documentation.
