Job summary

West Monroe is seeking entry-level Consultants to join our Customer Strategy & Platforms team within our Technology and Experience (TechEx) Practice.

You will work with clients across industries, focusing on business processes and technology platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, and NetSuite to enhance sales, marketing, customer service, eCommerce, order management, operations, and accounting functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in progress with expected graduation between Dec 2026 and Aug 2027
• Minimum GPA 3.0
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
• Reside within 50 miles of assigned office in a hybrid model
• Willing to travel up to 50% with travel expenses covered
• Experience integrating AI tools into workflows to boost productivity

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver business and technology solutions across Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Accounting, and Operations functions
• Partner with client stakeholders to gather requirements and translate needs into designs
• Conduct market and data analysis to identify opportunities and support strategic recommendations
• Participate in strategy and process design workshops to define current and future state processes and KPIs
• Analyze and redesign workflows to improve efficiency and user experience
• Assist configuration of enterprise platforms including ServiceNow, Salesforce, and NetSuite
• Support design and configuration of workflows, forms, and basic scripting
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and client stakeholders throughout delivery
• Create BRDs, user stories, solution designs, process maps, and user guides
• Perform testing, QA, and UAT to ensure high-quality implementations
• Support deployment and post-implementation adoption with training materials
• Assist with financial modeling and business case development
• Maintain project documentation and contribute to continuous improvement
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and data-driven recommendations
• Apply AI tech to enhance insights and delivery efficiency
