Job summary

West Monroe is hiring entry-level Consultants for the Customer Strategy & Platforms team within the Technology & Experience practice. You will help clients improve customer and employee experiences through strategy, process design, and platform-enabled solutions across marketing, sales, and service.

You will gain hands-on experience in data analysis, business case development, and platform configuration on Salesforce, ServiceNow, NetSuite, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in progress with expected graduation between Dec 2026 and Aug 2027.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA and US work authorization without sponsorship.
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies; ability to translate needs into platform-enabled solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver business and technology solutions to improve customer experience across functions.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities and insights for strategic recommendations.
• Engage with client stakeholders to gather requirements and define outcomes.
• Support development of customer strategies, operating models, and technology plans.
• Participate in workshops to design future-state processes and KPIs.
• Translate needs into business requirements, user stories, and solution designs.
• Evaluate platform capabilities to improve utilization, integration, and UX.
• Perform configuration on Salesforce, ServiceNow, NetSuite, and related tools.
