Job summary

West Monroe is seeking an entry-level Platforms Technology Consultant to join our Customer Strategy & Platforms team within the TechEx Practice in New York. You’ll collaborate with clients across industries on strategy, digital transformation, and platform integration using Salesforce, ServiceNow, and HubSpot.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in technology strategy, architecture, and systems integration, enabling you to design and deliver solutions for marketing, sales, service, and eCommerce

Qualifications

• On-track to graduate between Dec 2026 and Aug 2027; graduation date will be verified.
• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future (e.g., OPT, H-1B).
• Reside within 50 miles of assigned office; hybrid work model.
• Willing to travel up to 50%; travel expenses covered by West Monroe.
• Experience integrating AI tools into day-to-day workflows to enhance productivity and insight generation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews, gather insights, and document business needs.
• Design scalable solutions on Salesforce or ServiceNow and assist with technical designs.
• Map workflows, redesign processes, and create technical documentation.
• Configure/Program on Salesforce, ServiceNow, HubSpot or similar platforms; develop integrations and migrate data.
• Write and execute test scripts, manage deployments, and support DevOps.
• Create and deliver end-user training materials.
• Support strategy workshops, process improvements, KPIs, and financial modeling.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and support data-driven recommendations.
