Job summary

West Monroe is seeking Consulting Interns to join our Platforms & Customer Strategy team within the Technology & Experience Practice. You will work with clients across industries to improve customer and employee experience through strategy, business process and operating model design, and technology enablement.

You will gain hands-on experience across customer strategy, data analysis, and platform-enabled solutions, translating business needs into platform capabilities using Salesforce,

Qualifications

• Active enrollment as a student with expected graduation between Dec 2027 and Aug 2028.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Residence within 50 miles of assigned office and hybrid work availability.
• Willingness to travel Monday–Thursday (up to 50%).
• Experience integrating AI tools into workflows and evaluating outputs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver business and technology solutions across marketing, sales, commerce, and customer service.
• Conduct analyses to identify trends, pain points, opportunities, and insights that support strategic recommendations.
• Engage with client stakeholders to understand needs, gather requirements, and define outcomes.
• Support platform implementation including solution design, data and integration requirements, testing, and adoption.
