Job summary

West Monroe is seeking entry-level Consultants to join our Customer Strategy & Platforms team within the Technology & Experience (TechEx) Practice. You will work with clients to improve customer and employee experience through strategy, processes, and platform enablement.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across customer strategy, data analysis, and platform configuration on systems like Salesforce, ServiceNow, NetSuite, and more.

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor’s degree with expected graduation between Dec 2026 and Aug 2027.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver business and technology solutions to improve customer experience across marketing, sales, commerce and service.
• Conduct analyses to identify trends, pain points, opportunities, and insights for strategic recommendations.
• Engage with client stakeholders to gather requirements and define desired outcomes.
• Support the design of customer strategies, operating models, and technology-enabled transformation plans.
• Participate in client workshops to map current and future state journeys and KPIs.
