Job summary

West Monroe is seeking Technology Consulting Interns to join our Platforms and Customer Strategy team within the TechEx Practice. You will collaborate with clients on strategy, digital transformation, and technology architecture, focusing on Salesforce, ServiceNow, and AI-enabled insights.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in technology strategy and systems integration, working with teams to design, implement, and optimize data-driven solutions across marketing, sales, service, and eCommerce

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in progress with expected graduation between Dec 2027 and Aug 2028
• Proof of transcripts requested prior to internship
• Minimum GPA 3.0
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and reside within 50 miles of assigned office

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews, gather insights and document business needs
• Design scalable solutions on Salesforce or ServiceNow and assist with technical designs
• Map workflows and create technical documentation
• Configure and develop integrations on Salesforce or ServiceNow
• Write and execute test scripts and support deployments
• Create and deliver end‑user training materials
• Support strategy workshops and data‑driven recommendations
• Apply AI technologies to enhance insights and delivery efficiency
