Responsibilities

• Define performance metrics and track outcomes to support leadership decision‑making.
• Lead KPI development, scorecards, dashboards, and regular business reviews.
• Develop and govern policies, standards, and operating guidelines.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and business teams to ensure practical and aligned policies.
• Analyze performance trends, identify risks/opportunities, provide actionable recommendations.
• Prepare materials and monitor adherence to approved strategies and policies for governance forums.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve operational effectiveness.
