Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, through DePuy Synthes, seeks a Manager, Global Process Leader, to drive global procurement process ownership and digital enablement from New Jersey. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
• Experience supporting procurement processes, systems, or digital enablement.
• Strong knowledge of CLM, ERP, pricing or analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support Global Process Owners in end-to-end procurement process execution and governance.
• Manage day-to-day procurement systems and enabling technologies, including enhancements and issue resolution.
• Support deployment, adoption, and optimization of enterprise procurement platforms.
• Collaborate with Procurement, IT, Finance, Legal, and Commercial stakeholders to translate needs into system solutions.
• Define and track process performance metrics, system adoption, and value realization.
• Contribute to standardization, simplification, and automation aligned to global strategy.
• Support change management, training, and communication for user adoption and compliance.
• Coordinate with external vendors and technology partners to support delivery and cost management.
