• Strong presentation and executive communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with and influence business partners.
• Demonstrated experience leading initiatives/projects.

Responsibilities

Job Overview

The Manager, Strategy, Performance & Policies plays a key role in supporting the Procurement function’s strategy execution by driving performance management, policy development, and governance activities across DePuy Synthes. This role partners closely with Procurement leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes, standardized processes, and clear policy frameworks. The position offers strong exposure to senior leaders and the opportunity to influence how the organization measures success, manages risk, and operates effectively as it evolves as a standalone company.

Key Responsibilities

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$154,000 - $117,100

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
