Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Finance, Strategy, Economics, Public Policy, or related field).
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 6–8 years of progressive experience in strategy, performance management, policy, operations, or related business roles.
• Experience developing and tracking performance metrics and translating data into executive-ready insights.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, interpret, and apply policies, standards, or governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills with experience synthesizing complex information into clear recommendations.
• Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing leadership-level materials.
• Proficiency in Excel, with strong advanced analytics skills to analyze insights, spend, or supplier performance evaluation.
• Familiarity with digital and AI procurement tools
• Strong presentation and executive communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with and influence business partners.
• Demonstrated experience leading initiatives/projects.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of Procurement's strategic initiatives by defining performance metrics, tracking outcomes, and preparing insights for leadership decision‑making.
• Lead performance management processes, including KPI development, scorecards, dashboards, and regular business reviews.
• Develop, maintain, and govern policies, standards, and operating guidelines to ensure alignment with organizational strategy and compliance requirements.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and business teams to ensure policies and performance frameworks are practical, aligned, and consistently applied.
• Analyze business performance trends, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Support enterprise governance forums by preparing materials, reporting progress, and monitoring adherence to approved strategies and policies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to simplify processes, enhance transparency, and improve operational effectiveness.
