Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Finance, Strategy, Economics, Public Policy or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 6–8 years of progressive experience in strategy, performance management, policy, operations, or related business roles.
• Experience developing and tracking performance metrics and translating data into executive-ready insights.
• Experience developing, interpreting, and applying governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive strategic initiatives for Procurement by developing performance metrics and insights for leadership decisions.
• Lead performance management processes including KPI development, scorecards, dashboards, and reviews.
• Develop, maintain, and govern policies, standards, and operating guidelines to align with strategy and compliance.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Compliance and business teams to ensure practical and aligned policies and frameworks.
• Analyze performance trends, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Support enterprise governance forums with materials, progress reports, and adherence monitoring.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by simplifying processes and improving transparency.
